Operation parameters multi-objective optimization method of large vertical mill based on CFD-DPM

چکیده

The association mechanism between the main operation parameters and multi-physical fields of large-scale vertical mill system is unclear, which leads to difficulty in optimizing improve performance large systems. To investigate field coupling mill, numerical simulation method constructed by coupled CFD-DPM model calculate finished product quality, results were good agreement with actual results. Based on Kriging surrogate model, a multi-objective optimization framework for mills proposed. Finally, design LGM carried out. Combined developed, variables output responses are determined. used correlation analysis. function was established. NSGA-II. algorithm update obtain optimal solution, optimized operating increased yield 5.34% specific surface area 9.07%. maximum relative error simulated value 2.02% through calculation, verifies superiority improvement.
